Crossover Training
As the maritime industry evolves with new fuels and technologies, our crossover training programmes ensure seafarers are equipped to operate LNG-fueled vessels, dual-fuel engines, and hybrid propulsion systems. We are proud of our long-standing commitment to cadet development. Each year, we welcome a new generation of cadets who are trained not only in the technical aspects of the job, but also in the values and culture that define Northern Marine.
Our cadet programme is managed by our dedicated in-house partner, Clyde Marine Training — one of the UK’s leading maritime training providers.
Cadets gain experience across a wide range of vessel types and are supported throughout their journey from classroom to command.
A cadetship with us does not limit careers to one traditional path, it opens exciting onshore and offshore opportunities across the vast and diverse shipping industry.
