Cadet Recruitment & Management

Clyde Marine Training is the UK’s largest provider of cadet training, working on behalf of Northern Marine and many of the world’s most respected ship owners. Each year, CMT recruits and manages hundreds of officer cadets – supporting them from classroom to command.

Marine Technical Training

CMT delivers hands-on, vessel-specific training to ensure that seafarers are fully prepared for the technical demands of modern ship operations. This includes:

· Safety and emergency procedures

· Machinery and systems operations

· Cargo handling and environmental compliance

· Crossover training for LNG, methanol, and hybrid propulsion systems
