The Finance Analyst will support the Deputy Head of Finance and Corporate Finance team with the reporting of monthly performance, variance analysis and budgeting and forecasting processes. In addition, there will be involvement in ad hoc projects relating to process improvements and system implementations.
The main duties of this role include, but are not exclusive to:
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reports and variance analysis for senior management.
Assist with preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Participate in both internal and external audits.
Review quarterly submission of global results to parent company.
Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounting, including tax calculations.
Assisting senior management with ad hoc requests, projects, reports and research.
Provide assistance to Finance Business Partners as and when required.
Consistently seek improvement to financial processes, controls, procedures, presentations and reporting.
Any other ad hoc duties that are considered to be relevant to your role.
Degree in Finance/business-related subject or an equivalent qualification.
Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/ACA).
Have trained within a reputable accountancy firm or will have experience in a similar position.
1+ years qualified.
Experience in preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, process improvements & audit involvement.
Experience in dealing with difficult stakeholders & communicating with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
