The role of Recruitment Officer is to support our vessels with the delivery of high quality, customer focused recruitment, supporting the Recruitment & Development Manager and wider business to deliver against its objectives.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that external providers operate in accordance with their contractual provisions
Stay up to date with current and relevant employment legislation and advise Managers accordingly of any changes that could affect the recruitment process
Oversee the effective administration of the recruitment process including general administrative duties
Undertake shortlisting, interviews, and selection of candidates
Communicating appropriate feedback to candidates
Identify and source suitable recruitment channels to the business minimising cost to the business
Ensure that business is operating within recruitment budget
Managing recruitment advertisements through all appropriate channels
Working closely with Personnel team and Recruitment Managers to identify position requirements within NMM Tanker fleet
