The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national and international clients and will demonstrate a global mindset and cross-cultural competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in depth understanding of client and customer goals, developing the ability to anticipate needs
- Pro-actively service, support, and provide customers with improvement opportunities to increase income, maximise attrition and meet Company strategic objectives.
- Assist in the implementation of new customers and develop relationships that reflect positively on the Company.
- Assisting with new business implementations and sales department
- Adept at navigating complex business needs and effectively driving growth
- Awareness of cultural differences, with an ability to adapt style as required across our global footprint.
- Manage account Management Reviews, including Account development and improvement plans
- Responsible for contract and service level agreement creation, fee reviews & monitoring of performance
- Develop and provide data analysis and reporting
- Facilitate and manage product demonstrations
- Manage and update information in any client database the company may apply
- Review and propose updates to the travel policy, including consultation and compliance monitoring
- Matrix management, connecting the customer and Travel at all levels within each business
- Manage attrition in line with the business KPIs
- Attending events on behalf of the company

Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Degree level educated in related discipline or equivalent experience in account management
- Extensive experience in account management, preferably with global or multi-national customers
- Extensive experience working with senior level decision makers
- Demonstrable experience in project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to process complex information
- Strategic thinker
- Extensive experience with MS office packages.
The role offers the opportunity for Hybrid working and is dependent on commercial demands
