The primary purpose of the ERP Systems Analyst role is to ensure the continued availability and smooth running of our Unit4 ERP system. The ERP system is used by most personnel across 50+ NMG companies to manage day-to-day business actives in areas ranging from accounting, procurement, project management, supplier chain operations, personnel, and compliance to reporting of our client owned vessels. Good communication skills, both written and verbal as well as core IT and analysis skills are required to solve system specific issues encountered by our end users.

The Junior Purchasing Officer supports the Operational and Strategic Purchasing functions by supporting with administrative tasks, data entry and record keeping.
The role will also provide purchasing support to a reduced allocation of vessels.
A key part of the role is having a wide view of the purchasing function and processes and being able to identify where support is required in what is a fast-paced environment.

The HSEQ Superintendent provides HSEQ advice to Fleet Groups and Vessels as required using their professional knowledge, onboard experience and implementing and maintaining the certifications of the business to the requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention, ISO Standards and TMSA Requirements.
