Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the management reporting function of one or more Business Units within the Northern Marine Group (“NMG”). As Finance Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to, and work closely with, the Business Unit Head providing accurate, relevant, reliable, timely, and consistent financial and non-financial information that supports decision making. As Finance Business Partner you will also be responsible for driving the periodic forecasts and annual budgets to support the long-term strategic planning. You will be expected to lead the improvement of financial management and decision making and to influence the development of strong effective controls and reporting within NMG.

The Head of Financial Compliance is responsible for the Financial & Regulatory Compliance of the NM Group supporting the Group CFO and Global Finance functions to remain compliant for financial reporting, Tax and Legal structure.
This role overseas the development, implementation and maintenance of robust financial compliance frameworks and ensures integrity, transparency, and legal adherence of the organisation financial operations across all departments and geographical locations. It also encompasses overseeing the internal controls, risk management strategies and regulatory reporting processes to safeguard financial interest and reputation of the NMG business.

The IT Security Manager is a hands-on management position with excellent knowledge of the technologies in use by the IT Security team required to Coach, mentor and train other team members as well as to define process, policy and working practices.

Ensuring all staff assigned to the MQA function are suitably experienced, qualified, and trained for the role.
