This is a new role within the FOC business, to support wider growth plans within this business unit. The role holder will be expected to manage and coordinate all bid activity for Francois across new and existing locations, with a focus on the
North Sea region primarily.
The Fire Team Lead is an operational position in CTS with responsibility for the management of all courses, staff and physical resources which fall under the remit of the fire department. This role will be key to ensure all operational and supporting procedures / policies are upheld within operations to ensure alignment with all approval body criteria and company expectations. This role will work closely with the Operations Manager on implementing the CTS business strategy to ensure product development and maintenance of current products are held to an exceptionally high standard to our customers.
Responsible for supporting the growth of the instructional team within the Survival Department and support of all other applicable training departments within CTS. Delivery of emergency response-based training programs, aimed at the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, the Maritime Industry, the Wind Industry and bespoke training. Occasional support of operations management, in support of the Team Lead.
