This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our multisite facility, ensuring they are safe, functional, and visually appealing for all visitors and staff. The primary purpose of the ERP Systems Analyst role is to ensure the continued availability and smooth running of our Unit4 ERP system. The ERP system is used by most personnel across 50+ NMG companies to manage day-to-day business actives in areas ranging from accounting, procurement, project management, supplier chain operations, personnel, and compliance to reporting of our client owned vessels. Good communication skills, both written and verbal as well as core IT and analysis skills are required to solve system specific issues encountered by our end users.

The Technical Product Lead – Travel Applications is the system administrator and product manager for core agency booking systems and data applications Clyde Travel use. This multi-national role supports our external and internal customers using these systems across different time-zones. As Product Manager you will be the knowledge specialist for numerous core systems and responsible for developing further efficiencies, releasing new product features, and providing 2nd level technical support.

The purpose of the Technical Product Lead – GDS & ERP is to continually enhance our agency workflows and drive efficiencies through greater use of automated processes, streamlined workflow scripting or adoption of mid-back-office ERP features.
In this multi-national role you will be the product manager and agency administrator for our Amadeus reservation system and productivity suite along with our mid-back office invoicing system, Unit4 Central Command ERP. Product management of our proprietary Consort agent desktop would also sit under your remit.
