As a Client Reporting Leader, you will be responsible for managing the vessel administration team, and Finance officer dealing with all central vessel processes. You will drive and lead the automation and streamlining of all multi vessel processes, with delivery of high-quality vessel reporting to a key client within a dynamic and forward-looking Vessel Management Company. You will be responsible for ensuring all deadlines and KPI’s are met and reporting the progress to the Financial Controller. You will be a qualified or qualified by experience, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive the team towards improving processes, driving change, and ensuring governance of cost disciplines across our Managed fleet of vessels.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting to our vessel clients ensuring the team meet the monthly reporting deadlines and monitoring and report on agreed key performance indicators. Ensure the team are trained and motivated to utilise our finance system to best effect drive efficiency and continual improvement. You will be fully qualified, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive the team towards improving processes, driving change, and ensuring governance of cost disciplines across our Managed fleet of vessels.
