Leading a team of Crewing Assistants and Officers. The role of Team Leader is to assist the Senior Crew Co-Ordinator in supervision of the Crewing Personnel department to ensure that the company’s vessels are manned with competent, qualified and suitably experienced personnel, ensuring that documentation and certification compliance is maintained at all times.
Due to growth we have a new role for an Assistant Superintendent. The role will involve Assisting Senior Management and Fleet Groups to ensure all Company vessels are maintained and operated in a safe and seaworthy condition in accordance with the requirements/instructions issued by the client, the Company’s Senior Management, flag state administrations and classification societies.
To assist and advise shore based Northern Marine Group companies on ISO standards, Business Continuity, GDPR compliance, shore-based health and safety, and auding functions. To both assist and lead as appropriate with the maintenance and development of the Company’s Safety Management System
The role of Senior Maritime Instructor is critical to Clyde Training Solutions offering for maritime training and simulation courses. The candidate will drive business, training content and delivery in a high-level consultative environment, working with client companies and their delegates to raise competency levels in identified areas.
This role will be responsible for the delivery of emergency response-based training programs, aimed at the Offshore Oil and Gas, Maritime and Renewables Industries.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the reporting function of one Business Unit within the NM Group, working closely with the Business Unit Head and provide line management to a team of Finance Officers.
Due to growth within our Clyde Training division we have two opportunities to join our team as a Marine Instructor. The Marine Instructors will be responsible for the delivery of emergency response-based training programs, aimed at the Offshore Oil & Gas, Maritime and Renewables Industries.
The IT Security Team Lead, reporting to the IT Operations Manager will be a hands-on role accountable for ensuring that Northern Marine Group’s agreed IT Security standards both locally and globally are implemented and compliant with legislative and industry standards. Ensuring that all information security incidents are managed and recorded in line with company agreed standards both locally and globally to ensure compliance with legislation. Ensuring that Information Security team are completing any training that they have been given by offering guidance and mentoring.

The Travel Consultant role is a customer-facing position, coordinating quality provision of a fully comprehensive travel service. A Travel Consultant uses a variety of communication methods and technologies to provide guidance and support to clients to ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day travel requirements. The successful candidate will support customers with complex travel arrangements, utilising multiple technological platforms to save customers time and money and ensure travellers are supported throughout their journey.
Working as part of the Operations Team, the successful candidate will provide support to the Fleet Manager and Superintendents to enable them to ensure all company vessels under their control are maintained in a safe and seaworthy condition in accordance with the requirements/instructions issued by the client, the Company’s senior management, flag state administrations and classification societies.
