The role of the HR Assistant is to provide comprehensive support to the HR department in all aspects of the HR life cycle. Particular focus will be on daily management of the shared HR mailbox, absence management administration, maternity/paternity processes, recruitment administration, the maintenance of HR system records, pension administration, HR analytical reporting and note-taking at disciplinary and grievance meetings.
This position will be responsible for the financial and regulatory compliance of the Company and will support the Head of Group Financial Compliance and the Finance function.
The Operations Manager of Clyde Training Solutions is a critical functional position, with overall responsibility for all aspects of training delivery across our Glasgow based sites. This role will ensure all course delivery teams (Survival, Fire, Marine, Well Control etc.) and support functions (Maintenance, HSEQ and Customer Care) are performing to optimal standards against company policies and procedures, external approvals, legal requirements and strategic objectives.
This role will be responsible for the delivery of emergency response and helideck operational training programs, aimed at the Offshore Oil & Gas and Maritime Industries
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Superintendent will be responsible for Ensuring all Company vessels under their control are maintained in a safe and seaworthy condition in accordance with the requirements/instructions issued by the client, the Company’s Senior Management, flag state administrations and classification societies.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner this role is responsible for processing of monthly transactions, customer billing and general accounting admin duties.
The IT Security Manager is a member of the IT Management team, and is responsible for ensuring that Company agreed standards, both locally and globally, are implemented and compliant with legislative and industry standards. The role holder will ensure that all infosec incidents are managed and recorded in line with Company agreed standards (both locally and globally) to ensure compliance with legislation, in addition to ensuring the Information Security team are completing relevant training by offering guidance and mentoring.
Working as part of the Purchasing team, you will be responsible for the provision of a professional compliant procurement process for Northern Marine and associate Companies.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be the Principal Engineer in the fields of Naval Architecture, Structural Engineering, Stability, Computational Fluid Dynamics or similar.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the reporting function of one Business Unit within the NM Group, working closely with the Business Unit Head and provide line management to a team of Finance Officers.
