Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development: Lead the design, development and implementation of software applications using .NET, C#, and Angular to meet business requirements.
2. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements into existing systems, maintaining high performance and reliability.
3. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
5. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. User Requirements: Analyse and understand user requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
7. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and resolve any issues promptly.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes and system configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
9. Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise application performance, implementing improvements as needed.
10. Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, I.T. or related field
• Substantial experience as a senior full stack developer
• Problem Solution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in ASP, NET, MVC and .NET core frameworks for building high performing web applications
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure
• Understanding security principles and best practices
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL server and oracle
• Experience of leading and mentoring a team
• Critical Thinker
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Stake holder management and wider business collaboration abilities
• A strategic thinker (specifically relating to architectural decisions, trade-offs, business value alignment)
